Raytheon National Work & Family Month 2008

At Raytheon, five employees — a vice president, a manager, a Gen Y'er, a long-term employee and Anne Palmer, the WorkLife & Wellness Manager — will be featured on the Raytheon home page answering questions about quality of life and career utilization of programs and services. Their answers will form a blog for each individual that the organization hopes will begin to create a conversation among these and other employees about their own lives and how they handle work and life balance. 

“We hope to learn a lot,” Palmer said. “This month will lead to an ongoing blog in November that I will start that will lead dialogue about many, many aspects of the worklife and wellness programs and services, challenges of accomplishing work and personal responsibilities, specific groups that want direction from each other, and more.”
