Rose M. Stanley, CCP, CBP, WLCP, CEBS

Rose Stanley, work-life practice leader, is responsible for the development and delivery of various WorldatWork educational products and services such as certification courses, seminars, webinars, publications, forums, and conferences in the disciplines of work-life effectiveness programs, workplace flexibility, telework, and health and wellness programs. She also is responsible for determining content for the WorldatWork annual Total Rewards conference and is a reviewer for the Innovative Excellence Award given each year by WorldatWork’s Alliance for Work-Life Progress.

Prior to joining WorldatWork, Stanley was employed with Circle K for more than nine years as manager of health and welfare benefit plans. Her responsibilities included benefits administration and design, COBRA administration, executive benefits administration, and premium billings management for health and welfare plans.

Stanley has been quoted extensively in numerous publications including the Wall Street Journal, Business Week, Los Angeles Times, Chicago Tribune, New York Times, U.S. News & World Report, Inc. magazine, CNN Money, KTAR radio, KPNX-TV Channel 12 News - Phoenix, Sydsvenskan (Sweden), Self Magazine, and many human resource trade publications.
